Account Deletion

Users of the Love Check application can delete their account and associated personal data directly from within the app.

How to delete your account?

You can request the deletion of your Love Check account by following these steps:

• Open the Love Check app
• Go to Settings
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

No additional action is required.

If you are unable to access the app, you may alternatively request account deletion by contacting us at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your Love Check account.

What data will be deleted

Once the deletion request is confirmed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information (email address, user ID)
• Couple and relationship data
• Messages, doodles, photos, and other user-generated content
• App usage data linked to the account

Data retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Accounting purposes related to subscriptions

All retained data is securely stored and permanently deleted once the retention period expires.

Processing time

Account deletion is processed immediately.
